• How to extract game save file to /data/data/ directory using ES File Explorer.
• Why ES Explorer? - ES Explorer is the one of most popular file manager for android with simple UI
TESTED AND WORKS ON
• Rooted Jiayu G5 phone and several devices.
• ES Explorer version 3.2.3
• Android 4.2.1 | 4.4.2
WARNING !!!
• Get access to /data/data/ directory first.
• Root access is required.
LETS DO IT
• Open your Es Explorer.
• Using Es Explorer go to your game save download location, usually in the /sdcard/download/
• Find your downloaded game save file and tap it and then choose ES Zip Viewer
• Tap Extract icon
• Select Choose Path and then tap text box (/sdcard/) to set the path
• Tap left arrow to go to the up directory
• Tap phone icon ( / ) to go to the root directoty
• Tap data to go to the /data directory
• Scroll up to find the second data directory and then tap to go to the /data/data/ directory and then tap OK
• You will see the text box will become /data/data/, and then tap OK to begin the extraction to the /data/data/ directory
• Wait until the extraction process completed and you will see success massage box!
